sad well. New Orleans is going to be wiped off the face of the map by
Katrina, currently a cat 5 sustained winds 160-175 mph. Storm surges
20-28 feet and they say if the waters get over the levee system designed
to protect against Cat 3s, there really isnt any way if the flooding is
serious enough, to get the water out short of blowing up the levees... O.O
